Two salons have been shut down by Dubai Municipality for not complying with the COVID-19 precautionary measures.
The outlets are located in Al Wuheida and Muhaisnah-4 areas.
Another 40 establishments have been fined for violating the rules, while warnings have been issued to 58 others.
As many as 2,553 outlets were inspected during the latest round of field visits on Wednesday, out of which 2,453 were found to be fully compliant with the regulations.
