Yet another person has run into trouble in Dubai for mocking an official institution on social media.

The Asian man has been arrested for posting an edited video of a government building, with the sound effect of wolves howling.

Police have revealed his identity without blurring his face.

They did the same recently with another man who was caught for taunting officers on duty.

As reported by ARN News earlier, Dubai Police have now started sharing pictures of people mocking and breaching the stay-at-home rules.
