Watch: Dubai salutes frontline heroes in spectacular drone show

Dubai's sky lit up with messages honouring frontline heroes in the fight against COVID-19.

The initiative was launched by Dubai Media Office's Brand Dubai in partnership with Arab Media Group's Done Events and AO Drones. 

Thank you messages were displayed as a sign of appreciation to all of the emirate's heroes for their ongoing efforts throughout the current circumstances affected by the pandemic. 

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, also published the video on his social media platforms to highlight the hard work of police and civil defense teams, ambulances, sterilization teams, transportation teams, as well as teachers, media workers, and others who are working around the clock to help members of the community.
