The UAE says it has not changed its defensive posture despite repeated Iranian attacks, confirming it has faced more than a thousand strikes, more than all other targeted countries combined.
All of these attacks were countered by the UAE Armed Forces with professionalism and efficiency.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasised that the UAE has not participated in the war and has not allowed its territory, waters or airspace to be used in any attack on Iran, in line with its policy of good neighbourliness, de-escalation and the UN Charter.
It reaffirmed the country's right to self-defence under international law and also urged media outlets to rely on official sources and uphold professional standards when reporting.
