UAE, Iran discuss ways to deepen cooperation

The inaugural session of political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, has been held in Abu Dhabi.

The meeting was co-chaired by Lana Nusseibeh, UAE Assistant Minister for Political Affairs, and Majid Takht Ravanchi, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs.

Both sides expressed their support for the first round of talks, emphasizing the importance of addressing a wide range of topics of mutual interest.

The session was also attended by Saif Al Zaabi, UAE Ambassador to Iran, Reza Ameri, Ambassador of Iran to the UAE, and senior officials from both countries.
