Etihad Airways and Emirates Airline have resumed passenger services to London Heathrow from June 8.
However, only British and Irish nationals as well as those with UK residency rights will be permitted to travel since the UAE remains on the UK's red list.
In an update on its website, Etihad said all passengers will be required to quarantine for 10 full days in a hotel, take a COVID-19 PCR test on or before day 2, and on or after day 8 of quarantining.
Travellers from the UAE are also required to pre-book the quarantine hotel within a 14-day period before arrival into London Heathrow.
Meanwhile, Emirates Airline said it will also be accepting eligible travellers on flights to Birmingham, from June 15.
