UAE announces 812 new cases of COVID-19 and three deaths

The UAE has announced 812 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 28,704.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), the numbers were reported after an additional 39,000 coronavirus tests were conducted across the country.

Ministry officials revealed that three people have also died, taking the death toll to 244 nationwide.

Meanwhile, 697 more people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 14,495.
