The UAE's Ministry of Defence announced it is continuing to intercept incoming missile and drone threats from Iran, with a second update issued on its official channels on Thursday at 5:28 pm.
It the second alert issued by the authorities, with the first alert issued at 7:33 am.
In a post shared on social media channel X, the ministry advised the community to adhere to the safety and security guidelines.

It reassured the public that the sounds heard are from the interceptions of the missiles and drones by the air defence system.
The ministry has been consistently sending out social media posts, alerting residents to remain in a safe location and follow official channels for warnings and updates.
