Sharjah library books now available online for free

Internet users from any part of the world can now access Sharjah’s rare books and libraries. The Sharjah Book Authority has launched the Sharjah Libraries Digital Repository Project, which will provide digitised versions of the Emirate’s archives for free. Included also are rare books on Al Hosn Museum, Al Qasimia University, Dr. Sultan Al Qasimi Centre of Gulf Studies and other publications of various government departments. The launch was announced at the Library Conference at Expo Centre, Sharjah.
