A cyclist in Dubai was helped by none other than the Ruler of Dubai.

In a video posted on Twitter, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, is seen aiding Emirati cyclist Anan Al Amri after she fell over.

It's not the first time Sheikh Mohamed is seen aiding a member of the public.

In March last year, The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE was spotted helping a group of friends tow their car after it was stuck in the desert.
