RTA to auction 350 premium vehicle plates

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will auction 350 premium number plates for private vehicles via its 76th online auction.

The number plates all feature three, four, and five digits and numbers on offer bear A, B, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X and Z codes. 

Bidders must have Traffic Files in Dubai, submit a security cheque of AED 5,000 payable to the RTA, and pay a non-refundable participation fee of AED120.

Payments can be made at the Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Al Ramool, Al Barsha, or Deira. Alternatively, payments can be made by credit card via RTA’s website.

Registration opens Monday July 22 and bidding starts at 8:00am on Monday July 29 and continues for five days. 

All sales will be subject to five per cent VAT.
