Robotic doctors could soon help treat patients at healthcare facilities in the UAE. The technology is expected to significantly bring down the cost of diagnosis, compared to conventional medics. A pilot Robo Doc, which allows physicians to evaluate patients remotely, is currently being trialled at Hatta Hospital. Reports suggest it will soon be rolled out to about 15 hospitals across the country.
