Marina tops list of areas people want to live in Dubai

Dubai Marina is the most favoured residential area in Dubai, according to a new survey. Comparison site MoveSouq.com claims that 60% of all moving activity in the emirates this year has been to 10 areas including Jumeirah Village Circle, Downtown Dubai and DIFC. Dubai Marina claimed the top spot with some 11.8% of residents moving into the area in the first to third quarters of 2015. Jumeirah Village scored 7.9% of moving-in, while the Downtown Dubai and DIFC areas scored 7.1%.
