A team of 88 medical professionals have been flown in from India to the United Arab Emirates to support the country's fight against COVID-19.
According to the UAE Embassy in India, the delegation includes specialists, doctors and nurses.

The embassy announced that the move reflects the "special importance the Indian government attaches to bilateral relations between two countries".
Earlier on Saturday, the UAE also bolstered India’s efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19 by sending an aid plane containing seven metric tons of medical supplies.
