H.H. Sheikh Abdullah meets Yemeni leader at UNGA

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, Chairman of Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah and Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi discussed the relations between the two countries, the situation in Yemen, and a range of issues of common interest. 

During the meeting, Sheikh Abdullah conveyed to Al-Alimi the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his wishes for further stability and prosperity for Yemen and its people.

Al-Alimi conveyed his greetings to Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and his wishes for further progress and prosperity for the UAE and its people.

Sheikh Abdullah affirmed during the meeting the UAE's support for all efforts to bring security, stability, and prosperity for Yemen and its people.
