Free internet on Abu Dhabi's public buses

123RF

Passengers on Abu Dhabi’s public buses don’t have to worry about dipping into their mobile data package anymore.

That’s because free Wi-Fi connectivity is being rolled out on buses across the capital.

It will initially cover vehicles operating on 10 routes, and will extend to the entire network of 520 buses by the first quarter of 2020.

The service will also be available at all the main bus stations and shelters in the emirate.
