Etihad Airways is set to resume flights between Abu Dhabi and Jeddah, but cancelled more flights to Saudi Arabia's Riyadh and Dammam.
In a statement on their website, the airline said four flights have been scheduled for Friday, with all flights afterward to operate normallly.
The following flights between Abu Dhabi and Jeddah will resume from November 6:
- EY601 from Abu Dhabi to Jeddah
- EY602 from Jeddah to Abu Dhabi
- EY603 from Abu Dhabi to Jeddah
- EY604 from Jeddah to Abu Dhabi
Meanwhile, it extended the cancellation for flights to Riyadh and Dammam until November 19 due to the ongoing regional disruption.
Flydubai earlier cancelled all flights to Abha, Dammam, and Riyadh up to and including November 5, but continued operations to Jeddah, Medina, Taif, Tabu, Al-Qassim, and Ha'il.
The disruptions follow continued Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, the latest including a drone intercepted by Saudi's coalition toward the southern region.
