The Dubai Metro will have an early start on Sunday, February 12, coinciding with the Dubai Marathon.
According to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), the Metro will start operating at 4:00 am instead of 8:00 am to ensure smooth access to Expo City Dubai for the marathon's participants.

UAE air defences intercepted 16 ballistic missiles and 42 drones launched from Iran on Sunday, the Ministry of Defence (MOD) said, adding they've engaged 414 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles and 1,914 UAVs since the start of the attacks.
