Applications are now open for the Dubai Distinguished Students Programme, which offers high-achieving Emirati students a 50 per cent tuition scholarship to some of Dubai's top private schools.

As part of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, the Dubai Distinguished Students Programme will cover half the annual tuition fees for outstanding Emirati students in schools rated 'Good or better' in the most recent inspections cycle.

Applications for the 2024-25 academic year will be open until June 5. Emirati parents can register their children through the KHDA website.

A total of 1800 students will be awarded scholarships by 2030.
