The UAE has confirmed 2,094 new cases of COVID-19 from 185,007 tests.
Another 1,900 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 495,589.
Meanwhile, five more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,578.
A total of 514,591 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 17,424 are currently active.
Rainy weather to continue nationwide until Friday night
