 
                                    A shisha cafe has been shut down in International City for not complying with the precautionary measures to combat COVID-19.
Three other outlets have been fined, while warnings have been issued to 24 establishments during the latest round of checks by Dubai Municipality.
The inspections covered a total of 2,309 businesses.
