As many as eighteen establishments have been shut down in Dubai for not complying with the COVID-19 precautionary measures.
The Municipality took action against 10 laundries located in Naif (7) and Al Barsha-1 (3), as well as three salons in Hor Al Anz East.
Five food outlets located in Al Daghaya and Port Saeed areas were also asked to close.
Another 18 establishments were fined during the latest round of checks on Sunday and 45 others were handed warnings.
The inspections covered a total of 2,352 businesses, out of which 2,271 were fully compliant with the rules.
