Arab ambassadors praise UAE for evacuating citizens from Wuhan

The ambassadors of several Arab countries have praised the UAE for evacuating their citizens from Wuhan.

The representatives of Egypt, Yemen, Sudan, Iraq and Mauritania said the UAE government and its leaders have always led the way in providing humanitarian assistance.

As may as 215 people were flown to Abu Dhabi in a plane equipped with medical supplies.

They have been placed in a special facility at Emirates Humanitarian City, where they will be quarantined for 14 days.

It has been set up as per the highest of standards to facilitate high-quality care for the individuals, ensuring their privacy and dignity are maintained throughout their stay.
