Authorities in Abu Dhabi have urged toy shops to comply with the relevant safety and quality standards in the country. The emirates’ Quality and Conformity Council recently carried out inspections in the capital and wider Western Region. According to local news agency WAM, 15 outlets were issued notices to take corrective action. As per rules, every toy sold in the local markets should display all details clearly printed in Arabic and English.
