Abu Dhabi Police ask people to check their vehicles this summer

Abu Dhabi Police launch two new summer campaigns using CGI technology to show road users the potential impact of not checking your car before setting off.

The 'Safe Summer' and 'Accident-Free Summer' campaigns have been launched to encourage drivers to take the responsibility to inspect their vehicle’s tires and ensure they are road safe before setting off, as damage or cracks could cause a tire to explode and traffic accidents to occur.

The video posted by Abu Dhabi Police HQ, on social media platform X, shows the danger of a tire explosion whilst driving.
