The UAE has confirmed 296 new cases of COVID-19 from 254,579 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 980 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 852,306.
The total number of fatalities remains at 2,302 as no further deaths have been reported.
A total of 885,703 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which approximately 31,095 are currently active.
