Arab man turns himself in after killing girlfriend

A 20-year-old Arab man has turned himself into Ajman Police after killing his girlfriend and seriously injuring his colleague.

Authorities rushed to the scene of the crime in Al Nakheel 2, where they found his severely wounded male colleague.

They also recovered a gardening tool used in the attack.

Police say the man assumed the victim had died, and then went to meet his girlfriend in another location and stabbed her repeatedly.

The male victim, in his 40s, is now receiving treatment in Sheikh Khalifa Hospital.
