Feras Al-Buraikan scored twice for Saudi Arabia, with Hassan Kadesh also on target as the hosts recorded their second successive victory in Group A.
The result leaves Saudi Arabia on six points after they began their campaign with a 1-0 victory over Kuwait.
Earlier, Iraq claimed its first victory of the tournament after substitute Karrar Nabeel struck late against Kuwait.
Zidane Iqbal put Iraq ahead early in the second half before Yousef Nasser equalised from the penalty spot.
Both sides scored again before Nabeel's stoppage-time goal secured all three points for Iraq.
Attention now turns to Group B on Sunday, with the UAE facing Bahrain in their second match of the tournament.
The UAE began its campaign with a 4-0 victory over Yemen.
