Ten-man Liverpool came from behind to beat Newcastle 2-1 in a thrilling encounter at St. James' Park.
Two late goals from striker Darwin Nunez secured a remarkable turnaround for Jurgen Klopp's side, who had captain Virgil Van Dijk sent off in the first half.
Nunez came off the bench late in the second half to stun Newcastle, who had led through Anthony Gordon's 25th-minute opener.
The Reds looked to be heading for defeat until nine minutes from time when Nunez pounced on a defensive error to rifle a low shot past a helpless Nick Pope in the Newcastle goal.

The Uruguayan forward struck again in stoppage time with another deadly finish, having latched on to an inch-perfect pass from Mohamed Salah.
Earlier in the game Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson produced an outstanding save to deny Miguel Almiron, tipping the midfielder’s powerful shot onto the woodwork to keep his side in the game.
The win takes Liverpool up to fourth in the Premier League table while Newcastle drop to 13th.
