A new main event has been announced for UFC Fight Night in Abu Dhabi, with Bogdan Guskov stepping in to face former light heavyweight champion Magomed Ankalaev.
Guskov steps into the headline bout after Khalil Rountree Jr. was forced to withdraw due to injury.
The fight will take place on July 25 at Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
Guskov, ranked number 10 in the light heavyweight division, is known for his knockout power, with 18 wins from 18 finishes, including 13 first-round stoppages.
Unbeaten in his last five fights, the 33-year-old will take on top-ranked Ankalaev, with the opportunity to make the biggest statement of his career.
The event is being organised by UFC in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.
