Registrations are now open for the 10th edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, which encourages residents and visitors to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days.
The challenge runs from October 31 to November 29, under the slogan 'What's Your 30x30?'.
Launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, the challenge has attracted more than 16 million participants over its first nine editions.
The 2026 edition marks a decade of the fitness initiative, which aims to make exercise and wellbeing more accessible across the city.
Organisers say this year's programme will encourage participants to discover their own 30x30 through activities ranging from walking and yoga to community sports and fitness classes, while inspiring friends, families and colleagues to join them.
The event's four flagship activities will return, beginning with Dubai Ride presented by DP World on November 1 and Dubai Run on November 22.
Dubai Stand-Up Paddle, presented by the RTA, will take place at Hatta Dam on November 7 and 8, while Dubai Yoga, presented by MHERO, will close the month-long challenge on November 29.
The programme will also include three free Fitness Villages, more than 23 Community Fitness Hubs and thousands of free classes and activities across Dubai.
Organisers say the challenge will additionally host several international sporting events, reinforcing Dubai's position as a global hub for sport and wellness.
