Dubai's Tresind Studio and Orfali Bros Bistro have made it to the World's 50 Best Restaurants list for 2023.
In a ceremony held in Spain's Valencia on Tuesday, Tresind Studio was voted number 11 and Orfali Bros Bistro ranked 46th.
Both restaurants have cracked the global list for the first time.
Tresind Studio also took home the title of Best Restaurant in Middle East & Africa 2023. It has been a part of Dubai's food scene since 2018, and recently received its biggest accolade to date when it became one of three restaurants in the city to earn two Michelin stars last year.
Meanwhile, Syrian brothers Mohammad, Wassim and Omar Orfali opened Orfali Bros Bistro in 2021 in Wasl 51, serving their innovative and "no stress, no fuss" take on Arabic cuisine.

Coming in hot at number 1 was Central, based in Lima, Peru - becoming both the first restaurant from South America and co-run by a female chef to take the top spot.
