Abu Dhabi book fair returns with major lineup and themes

The Abu Dhabi International Book Fair is back for its 34th edition, now open at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and running until May 5.

This year’s theme is ‘Knowledge Illuminates Our Community,’ with 1,400 exhibitors from 96 countries and nearly 2,000 events lined up.

There is something for everyone - from book lovers and writers to publishers and creatives.

Highlights include a look back at Ibn Sina’s impact on medicine, a celebration of One Thousand and One Nights, and a cultural spotlight on the Caribbean.

The fair continues to shine as a major cultural and intellectual event on the global stage.
