A car bomb targeted an international aid organisation in an upscale area of Kabul on Wednesday, sending a plume of black smoke over the city.
Officials said the attack happened near the office of CARE International, an NGO with operations in Afghanistan, and left nine people wounded.
The blast comes as the US and Taliban representatives hold talks in a bid to end the nearly 18-year-old conflict.
