A seven-storey building has collapsed in Cambodia's coastal town of Kep on Saturday, killing at least 10 people and injuring 23 others.
Five bodies have been recovered, but the remaining five are still locked under the debris as rescuers struggle to cut through the iron fittings and concrete slabs.
A Cambodian couple, the owners of the building, have been detained for questioning.
An unknown number of workers remained trapped, officials added.
