This is according to social market EZHeights, which reports these districts are the most searched for when seeking property to rent or buy. Rents on the Palm and in the Marina are expected to fall by 5% this year, reported real estate firm Cluttons. In Dubai overall, the rental market has already decreased 3% year on year in 2016.
