Blake Shelton has been dubbed a "hero" after he saved a group of strangers from a mud hole. The 'Voice USA' star was in Oklahoma taking a break from taping for the NBC show when he came across three men who had found themselves in a tricky situation whilst enjoying a day out. Bryar Blanton, who was rescued by Blake, told E! News: "We were at the river looking and slid off into a mud hole for about two hours. Then me and my buddy Adrian started walking and Blake Shelton stopped and asked if we needed some help. "He said he'd be back in 15 minutes with his tractor. He came back and got us out and chatted for a minute and talked to us about hunting. Blake is an all around good caring guy. "If it wasn't for Blake, I would have been out there for countless hours. And yeah I would say he is a hero." And Bryar and his friends are not the only people who the 39-year-old singer has helped recently, with his girlfriend Gwen Stefani praising him for pointing her in the right direction following her divorce from Gavin Rossdale. She shared: "There's been loads of people that have helped me with this tragedy. There's definitely key people that have pointed me into the right direction. Blake really helped me. He's a pretty rad guy, I have to say that."
