Dubai is leading the world when it comes to building record-breaking properties.

Dubai's Gevora Hotel is the tallest hotel in the world, while Burj Khalifa's At.mosphere is the highest restaurant on the planet.
It said Dubai and China are “leading the pack” when it comes to receiving property-related accolades.
