The Dubai Financial Market’s plan to relocate its headquarters to the Business Bay area could boost demand for office space in the locality. The news comes amid reports of limited activity in Dubai’s office market during the last three months. Craig Plumb, Head of Research at JLL MENA explains there is demand for good quality space but there is an oversupply of secondary space which is keeping rents flat.
