The UAE's national carrier has confirmed there will be no changes to their flight schedules to the UK following the recent lockdown announcement.
An Etihad Airways spokesperson told ARN News that schedules will continue as normal.
The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced a second month-long lockdown in England from next Thursday to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
In a statement, the UK government has advised against overnight stays and holidays away from primary residences - including holidays in the UK and abroad.
Meanwhile, British Airways said passengers will be updated on any changes to the airline's travel plans via their social media channels.
We note the Prime Minister’s announcement of a new national lockdown for England to slow the spread of Covid-19. Like other businesses, we are assessing the new information and we will keep our customers updated on any changes to their travel plans. Siobhan
