The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre has revealed its implementation of over 600 projects worth $55 billion during the UAE–Turkey session of the international roadshow for the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS) in Ankara on Monday.
The Centre's projects cover housing, transport, education and agricultural assets, with infrastructure designed to enhance quality of life, diversify the economy and strengthen environmental resilience.
The session also emphasised extensive partnership opportunities for Turkish companies, particularly in modular construction, transport, and complex engineering developments.
Mohammed Yousef Al Hosani, Executive Director at the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre, highlighted the essential role of public-private partnerships (PPPs) and revealed that Abu Dhabi plans to use modular construction for 40,000 housing units over five years, creating opportunities for Turkish expertise.
Organised by the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC), the summit includes the partnership of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, and the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, alongside leading Turkish engineering and contracting firms.
The roadshow aims to highlight opportunities for cooperation and to build long-term partnerships in housing, infrastructure and urban development sectors.
