UAE President holds talks with Azerbaijan's parliament speaker

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of Azerbaijan's National Assembly to discuss bilateral relations and explore opportunities for enhanced cooperation.

The meeting, held at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, focused on strengthening parliamentary collaboration. Both leaders emphasized the importance of inter-parliamentary engagement in deepening bilateral ties and fostering mutual understanding on shared issues.

The discussion also highlighted the vital role of legislative bodies in promoting dialogue, enhancing cooperation between nations, and contributing to regional and global stability.

Gafarova praised the growing partnership between Azerbaijan and the UAE, attributing the progress to sustained collaboration and a shared commitment to development and prosperity.
