The UAE will see moderate to heavy fog until 10:00 am on November 3.

The National Centre of Meteorology is reporting a deterioration in visibility, in many cases, with less than 1,000 meters of horizontal clearance.

Abu Dhabi Police have taken to social media to remind drivers about the reduction in speed limits to 80km/h, as will be notified on the electronic boards.

Key highways in the country are already operating on a reduced speed limit, including the Abu Dhabi - Al Ain road, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed International road, and Abu Dhabi - Sweihan road.

A three-second gap to the vehicle in front is also recommended during poor visibility.
