The Parliamentary Division of the Federal National Council (FNC) of the UAE has taken part in a plenary session of the Arab Parliament in Cairo, part of the fourth session of the third legislative term convened at the League of Arab States headquarters.
The session reviewed the current developments in the Arab world, and discussed the formation of an Arab parliamentary vision to contribute to resolving the escalating crises in the Arab region.
A report from the Foreign and Political Affairs Committee on the political and security developments in a number of Arab countries was presented, stressing the importance of supporting their stability and security.
The delegation included Mohammed Ahmed Al Yamahi, Head of the FNC Parliamentary Division and Member of the Foreign and Political Affairs and National Security Committee; Naama Abdullah Al-Sharhan, Second Vice President of the Division and Member of the Social, Educational, Cultural, Women and Youth Affairs Committee, and other members.
