His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, has offered his condolences on the passing of Qatar's former Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
In a phone call to Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, Sheikh Mohammed expressed his deepest sympathies to the family.
The UAE Presidential Court announced a four-day period of mourning, starting Sunday, July 12, to honour Sheikh Hamad.
