The Ministry of Labour will showcase its latest smart services at the Gulf International Technology Exhibition. According to national news agency WAM, the initiatives are designed to save customers time and effort while performing transactions. They include the smartphone app and the smart inspectional system, which aims to help stability in the labour market and is the first of its kind in the region. Through it, things such as establishments filed labour complaints, work permits, reported absences and other regulations can be analysed.
