Dubai Police say public enquiries surged during recent weather changes, with a total of 39,299 calls handled over Thursday and Friday.
Emergency services took 32,391 calls on 999, while the non-emergency line 901 received 6,908.
Teams also managed 427 emails and 1,690 live chats, ensuring quick support.
Police are reminding residents to use 999 only for emergencies and 901 for non-urgent queries.
