Dubai’s Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department has completed preparations for Eid Al-Adha prayers at 937 mosques across the emirate.

The prayer will be held at 5:45 AM on Wednesday, May 27.

This year’s prayers will also feature participants from the 'Mu’adhin Al Freej' initiative, who will lead the call to prayer and Eid takbeerat at mosques, adding to the festive and spiritual atmosphere of the occasion.

The Department says the initiative aims to strengthen community participation, encourage younger generations to connect with religious traditions, and reinforce authentic Emirati and Islamic values.

Parents are also being encouraged to bring their children to Eid prayers and involve them in the takbeerat to help deepen their understanding of the spiritual and social significance of Islamic occasions.

Worshippers are advised to arrive early at approved prayer locations and cooperate with organizers to help ensure smooth traffic movement and easy access to prayer sites.
