The UAE has confirmed 1,974 new cases of COVID-19 from 204,093 tests.
As many as 1,836 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 500,779.
Another three patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,587.
A total of 520,236 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 17,870 are currently active.
