Authorities say operations have been unaffected at the Port of Fujairah after four commercial ships were targeted in sabotage operations on Sunday.

No oil spills have been reported because of the illegal operations either.

Meanwhile, Tunisia is the latest country to condemn the sabotage act off UAE waters.

More GCC countries have also spoken out against the incident.

In a phone call, the Emir of Kuwait told His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, that the incident threatens international trade and world energy supplies.

His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah also said that he hoped the investigations launched by the UAE authorities would reveal the perpetrators behind the attacks.

The four targeted ships have been named as Al Marzoqah, Amjad, Andrea Victory and A Michel.
